| MSM stands for Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane and is an organic naturally occurring form of sulphur. An important mineral for the hair and skin as well as the quality of the bile produced by the liver. Although there are many forms of sulphur, dietary MSM yields the most bioavailable form of this compound. MSM is very safe and has no known toxicity.

and flavourings consisting of natural lemon and stevia.

Generally an amount of 1/4 to 1/2 a tsp of this powder (500mg-1000mg) once or twice daily is best.

Some people may excperiencea gentle cleansing reaction within the first7-14 days of use manifesting as loosening of the bowel actions.
